Organize Monthly Bills
Make timing visible. Use only figures the user supplies and show the arithmetic.
Gather confirmed inputs
Ask for country and currency, conservative take-home income dates, bill names, amounts, due dates, frequency, payment method, variable essentials, irregular upcoming expenses, and the user's preferred minimum buffer.
Label every amount as confirmed, estimated, or variable. Do not treat uncertain income as guaranteed.
Build the month
Place income, bills, and essential-spending windows in date order. For each interval between income dates, calculate confirmed obligations and the conservative amount remaining. Show the calculation rather than hiding it in a score.
Mark pressure
Flag clusters that occur before income, exceed available confirmed funds, or leave less than the user's chosen buffer. Do not move a due date unless the user confirms the provider has changed it.
Design reminders
Set a review reminder early enough for the payment method and a confirmation reminder after payment. Distinguish a reminder from permission to initiate or automate a payment.
This skill organises bills. It does not recommend borrowing, investing, debt priority, account transfers, or financial products. When the user faces arrears or insolvency, suggest contacting the provider and an appropriate qualified local debt adviser.
